WHY DOES THE TARGET LANGUAGE
DOCUMENT REQUIRE DESIGN?
Because every language has a unique structure. When text is translated from one language to another, the target text length will vary compared to the original. It will take up more or less space, and therefore will require adjustments to text flow in tabular data, columns, headers/footers, text boxes, layers, images, and more.
