How We Got Here

We were created to be the most technologically advanced translation company in Latin America. We’ve evolved over the years, but our vision remains the same. Be the region’s translation industry technology leader.

Founding

2008

In 2008, we were established as Precision Translators. Our original focus was primarily on written translation following clearly defined translation processes established to produce consist results every project. Our vision was simple: be the most technologically advanced and innovative translation company in the region. In our startup phase we invested steadily into our people, our technology and our brand.

Growth and large
scale projects

2009 - 2011

Our team grew, our corporate culture took form and our business values became clear. We invested into office space and professional equipment. We invested in our first Translation Management System (TMS). We purchased our first centralized Translation Productivity Platform, where we managed projects in our own cloud.

Diversification and plant growth

2012 - 2015

Our sales and marketing department was created, we consolidated our interpreting service offering and migrated to a new TMS, where centralized projects could be managed from our local network or via web.

International projection

2016 - 2019

New strategic relationships with international partners. Multimedia service offering rolled out. Voice recording services in over 30 languages. Sustained growth in global markets.

Rebranding

2020

Company name changed to Pantoglot, Ltda. Rapid adoption of remote work environments New service offerings such as remote interpreting and new digital services. Sales model opened up to serve a larger audience including transactional sales to individual buyers for the first time in company history. We began exploring digital marketing.

Scaling and talent

2021-2023

Intense sales growth required new production capacity.
In response, Pantoglot invested in our in-house team, improved facilities, new technology and restructuring of company departments and management.
Strengthened digital marketing strategy.

Specialization and future

2024-now

Interpretation area consolidated as an independent department. AI enabled highly advanced machine services including augmented translation, document layout and quality control. We use a human-in-the-loop to ensure responsible use of new technology and continuous improvement.
